Happy Spring Everyone!
Spring is the time of renewal and I feel so excited and renewed to manifest my heart’s desire. I loved teaching high school, and it’s so great that I’m teaching Reiki and now a Chakra writing class, as it’s dovetailed my gifts and passion. I recently set up a desk in my home as I needed a space to do the “office” work. Here I sit on Good Friday with a hot cup of coffee and the sound of silence. My Reiki practice is flowing, thank you so much for the referrals. I love providing Reiki treatments, as the healing powers are profound and even life changing. At least that’s been my experience since I’ve stuck with it. It’s wonderful to see clients that I’ve worked with for a few years witness the peace and serenity that Reiki brings, along with just recharging your batteries, or relieving stress from the work day. Reiki works for children, teens, adults, pets and even your houseplants! Being a Reiki Master isn’t about mastering a thing; it’s allowing the Reiki to master you.
I said to a friend the other day, I am becoming the person I always wanted to be! I feel silly writing that, but it’s true, of course life is rife with challenges, as I’ve overcome my share. Yet, more and more of the time, I have this certitude of peace and trust; that is priceless. I’m so happy to be of service to you!

Writing Through the Chakras
I will be offering this class starting in September in Franklin, if the timing or location isn’t right for you this May, consider that option. I am in love with what I am learning from this class about myself. I really thought, this was for my students, but I can see that I created this space to release the counterpart/ “demon” of the chakra center.
For example, at your root chakra fear is the block, for the sacral chakra it’s shame, for the heart it’s grief and so forth. Each chakra is either: balanced, excessive, deficient or has some characteristics of both. Much of what you do, how you operate, comes from the time these chakras were developed as well as your experiences in life. I didn’t think this class had much to teach me since I was the teacher and I’ve been giving myself Reiki for years; I’ve undergone a very humbling experience as this class has taught me immensely. I’ve had a lot of those “aha” moments!
Are you courageous enough to look within? The misperception is that this can be scary and overwhelming, it takes guts, but I also like to think I can hold the space for a really fun, transformative, and creative writing workshop, where you are the center! I never force anyone to share and writing doesn’t have to be “your thing” to take this class. You have to be your thing!
You can take one class or all of them. It is a progression, so the energy builds as you move up through your “central channel” of your chakra system. This class isn’t so much a lecture as it is a space for you to know yourself better. It is my wish that if this class is right for you, that you show up for yourself! After teaching this once already I’ve refined it, as I realized I needed more time for the content. Each class is $20 or $100 pay in advance.

Holy Fire Reiki what is it?
The definition of Holy Fire Reiki according to the International Center of Reiki Training is: “Holy Fire is a spiritual energy that creates wholeness through purification, healing, empowerment and guidance.”
My Experience with Holy Fire
The timing of my Holy Fire class couldn’t have been more divine, I took it 1 year from the day of its creation, and the week I decided to leave my HS teaching career. Within those 3 days of training, I felt like I was gifted release from parts of me like: insecurities, the nagging voice, fear of the future, and in return I received a dosage of love and bliss. I know how “new agey” that may sound, and I know my “old self” would scoff at that statement, but it is SO true. I’m proud of myself for spending the money and having the courage to listen to my gut! Then I taught the c lass and I was able to pass along this light and love and it was the best feeling to be of such service. After that I was asked to sit in another Holy Fire class, and I had another release of subconscious energies and in return I have gained confidence and compassion. My Reiki healing sessions are burning at a deeper level and I am in a state of awe and gratitude at this energy we can bring into our lives by simply inviting it! I am deeply passionate and in love with my life again and it feels so good. 2013 and 2014 were difficult times of transition for me and I finally feel like that little seed, has sprouted and is reaching to the sun, to the sky, and digging roots deep into the ground. Woohoo!
(Some) of The Qualities of Holy Fire Reiki are:
*Works continuously even when not thinking about it and spontaneously heals issues as they come up.
*Always respect free will
*Heals deeply and quickly without distress
*Heals relationships and interactions with others.
*Releases worry and replaces it with a sense of safety in a most pronounced way.
*One of the more wonderful effects is a feeling of being loved. This is a deep and refined feeling that is very nurturing.
*Tends to develop all the personality traits that are healthy for a person to have such as love of self and others, kindness, patience, confidence, vitality, enthusiasm, optimism, trust, joy, peace, and so forth.

Training: ART (Advanced Reiki Training/ Level 3) & Master Teacher
Traditionally when a student was ready to move onto Level 3/ ART there would be a full day of training. The same is true of the master teacher level in Reiki. That is how I’ve taught the Level 3 class and level 4 class for a few years now. There is no required wait time between these levels.
Currently, the ICRT (International Center of Reiki Training) combines ART and Master Teacher. With the Holy Fire energy, the training is extended. Imagine a seed being planted and allowing it time to unfurl and sprout roots. The first day of Holy Fire is getting the soil ready with the pre-ignition. The next 2 days of training the student receives the ignitions (aka attunements) to the energy. The level 3 content is taught on the first day and level 4 the next 2 days. By the end of class you have received the Usui Master Symbol and the Holy Fire Symbol. Furthermore, you are trained to pass along attunements and are able to teach all levels of Reiki, as well as provide a healing attunement. Instead of offering the level 3 as a separate class I am offering it the same way as the ICRT, 3 full days of training, levels 3 & 4. Even if you decide not to teach, you are gifting yourself the training and experience of this divine energy; that will catapult you to your future with grace and love. The level 4 content is a high vibration and allows us to access a higher field of consciousness, it truly does “empower and guide.”
